Pathway to Fidum

Fidum was founded in 2019 by Simon Marshall and Richard Wynn-Davies following a buy-out of the property management arm of Edgerley Simpson Howe where they worked together for 7 years. Simon set up the Property Management arm of the business in 1996 having previously worked as an investment agent, a developer and as an asset manager. Richard brings with him over 10 years of industry experience, during which time he established his own successful development company, Wynn Property which is now incorporated within Fidum.
